I'm James Ho, AI business advisor in Sydney. This page explains what I do with the information you give me on this site, and how to make me stop.

What I collect

When you take the 5-question reading at james.rxai.com.au, I collect:

• Your answers to the 5 questions
• Your name
• Your email address
• The kind of business you run
• The score your answers produce, and which language version you used
• Basic browser info and the date/time you submitted

I don't track you across other sites. There are no third-party advertising pixels on this site at the time of writing.

Why I collect it

Three reasons:

1. To show you your reading on the page.
2. To email you a copy of the reading.
3. To send you occasional follow-up emails — short notes on AI for small business owners, the occasional new article, and information about my services.

By submitting the form, you're consenting to point 3 as well. If you only want the reading and not the follow-ups, see How to unsubscribe below.

Where it's stored

Submissions and the email queue are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore + the Trigger Email extension), in Google Cloud data centres. I don't sell your data, I don't share it with marketing partners, and there is no marketing partner.

How long I keep it

• Your submission and email contact: until you ask me to delete it, or for 24 months from your last interaction — whichever is shorter.
• Aggregate, anonymous data on how the diagnostic performs (no names, no emails): kept indefinitely.

How to unsubscribe

Three ways. All functional. All reach me.

1. Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email I send.
2. Reply to any of my emails with the word "unsubscribe."
3. Email me at james@rxai.com.au.

I'll remove you within five business days, usually same day.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

• Show you everything I have on you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete everything

Email james@rxai.com.au with what you want done. No questions asked, no charge.

If you're in Australia, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles give you these rights formally. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR/UK GDPR give you similar rights. If you're somewhere else, similar laws likely apply.

If you think I've handled your data badly, tell me first. If we can't sort it, in Australia you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) for type, which means Google receives a request from your browser when you load the page. The site also uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics under the hood) — measurement ID G-SJPLP6DGKJ — for basic aggregate stats about how the site is used. No personally identifying data is sent through analytics on this page.
